Looking for a way to effect broad changes in society, Rosa hit upon the idea of executive producing films with an educational or social betterment emphasis. Her first film, The Sleep, has been completed and is ready for distribution. She is now actively engaging with directors, writers and others working in this industry to create more thought-provoking entertainment. 

Rosa decided to diversify her business activities by opening two e-commerce stores offering pet food and household items. During the 2020 lockdowns, these businesses flourished and now provide financial support for her philanthropic activities. 

Rosa’s first foray into business was the founding of Rosy Dental, a thriving dental practice. After graduating from Concordia University in Irvine, Rosa completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. She practiced in other dental offices for seven years and then opened Rosy Dental in a modest strip mall in Orange County, California. 

Rosy Dental took off, expanding to two locations, both styled as dental spas that offer relaxing music or movies during treatment, warm lavender masks and more spa-like amenities. 

Rosa has carefully selected her philanthropic activities. Her chosen causes include championing human rights, uplifting community morality and providing dental care to under-resourced populations through charitable trips to countries such as Vietnam and Haiti. Through her dental offices, Rosa also holds Toys for Tots drives.
